Things You Need to Know about Current Global and National Threats to Your Personal Security

U.S. Domestic Threats
Crime Prevention is not rocket science, but it does demand a fine tuned balance of funding, leadership, expertise, and staffing in these key areas of the Justice System: Law & Ordinances, Policing, Prosecution, Courts, Jails, and Prisons. If one is out of balance, the people suffer. Social Services being properly developed in a community is also a key factor, otherwise such falls on Policing, often not equipped or trained.
Recent 'reimagining' or re-designing of the Justice System by 'progressives' or democrats, who have control of some major urban cities and some states have thrown this balance out, dramatically increasing crime.
There are many root causes, here some are:
Inexperienced and naive people get into political office, implementing polices based upon ideology or political pressure without understanding the ramifications - basically experimenting upon their own people.
The dogmatic use of Marxist ideals, like:
Hiring of lesser qualified personnel for their preferred 'oppressed' class or status based upon racial, ethnic, sexual orientation, or political beliefs. See D.E.I. (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
Radical 'Progressive Prosecutors' who make things much worse by implementing radical blanket policies that override their own prosecutor's discretion (customizing prosecution to fit the case).This includes polices that fail to prosecute or give leniency in the prosecution of criminals due to them being of an 'oppressed' class. Also policies refusing to prosecuting an entire class of crimes commonly committed by an 'oppressed' class, like policies refusing to prosecute non-violent crimes all together, or like blanket refusal to prosecute minors as adults for violent crimes.
Laws that allow the Wiping of Criminal Records.
Gun Control. A classic Democratic Party policy of infringing upon and discouraging the ownership of firearms for self-defense - leaving the only ones with guns to be the criminals and the police, who may or may not show up in time to make a difference.

COLD WARS are also known as HYBRID, UNCONVENTIONAL, POLITICAL, and ASYMMETRIC WARFARE, but all generally mean the same or similar thing.
Declared foreign enemies like China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea do everything in their power to weaken and destabilize from within the United States and other free nations. International Terrorist and Criminal Groups also use these tactics to varying degrees.
IT STARTS BY DEVELOPING DOMESTIC ALLIES who are ideological, paid, criminal, or compromised recruits at all levels of society to work on their behalf.
CLASSIC 20TH CENTURY COLD WAR TACTICS ON U.S. SOIL
Domestic Agitators and Militants. Foreign Militants on U.S. Soil.

TACTICS. An enemy's interactions always serve DUAL PURPOSES, achieving military objections in economics, trade, political, electoral interference, diplomatic, propaganda, criminal, sabotage, fake news, espionage, cyberwarfare, legal warfare, and guerrilla warfare. It can include limited direct shooting warfare, but normally uses proxy wars ('shooting' or 'hot' wars) waged by surrogates, sub-contractors, and allies.
DOMESTIC NETWORKS - CREATING RELATIONSHIPS, ALLIANCES.
During a Cold War era, enemies purposely develop relationships and networks that can later be used for domestic spying, sabotage, and guerrilla warfare during a time of war. These networks are used for intelligence gathering, subversive activities, and corruption of leaders and strategic institutions.
DOMESTIC MILITANTS. This is done by starting, partnering with, funding, aiding the growth of, and utilizing Domestic Militant Allies like:
IDEALOGICAL and POLITICAL GROUPS - used to ferment/stir-up domestic unrest and violence;
CRIMINAL GANGS and CARTELS - used at all levels, for sabotage, destroying lives, the subversion, destruction, and corruption of strategic industries, business, and military assets and personnel.
FROM COLD WAR to HOT WAR: GUERILLA WARFARE ON U.S. SOIL.
During a Cold War Era, these militant groups have been, knowingly or unknowingly, equipped and developed for a 'hot' shooting war, where they will be used in Guerrilla Warfare and Sabotage on U.S. Soil. Are all 'groomed' people in domestic militant groups participate? That's an unknown, but what is known: some will.
FOREIGN MILITANTS. This is done through the physical infiltration onto U.S. Soil and integration into U.S. Society of Active and In-Active (sleeper) Spies and Soldiers. They are used for active operations and preparation for guerrilla warfare and sabotage in a hot war.
HISTORY. Cold War Tactics have their roots in the US-Soviet Cold War (1947-91) and in World War 2 (1939-45). In WW2 they were used in enemy occupied lands by the U.S. and Britain (Allies) with domestic 'resistance groups' who fought against NAZI Germany and Fascist Italy (Axis). These tactics expanded greatly in number, types, and use during 1947 to 1991 during the global US-Soviet Cold War.
