CLASSIC 20TH CENTURY COLD WAR TACTICS ON U.S. SOIL
Domestic Agitators and Militants. Foreign Militants on U.S. Soil.
During a Cold-War era and 'hot war' (shooting war), declared foreign enemies like China, Russia, and Iran do everything in their power to weaken from within the United States and western-style democracies. These tactics are also used to varying degrees by other groups like international terrorist groups.

THE TERM COLD WAR refers to conflict or war between nations primarily through all available means, other than except through direct military 'shooting' conflict. It uses a mixture of tactics involving economics, political, electoral interference, diplomatic, propaganda, fake news, espionage, cyberwarfare, legal warfare. It can include proxy wars ('shooting' or 'hot' wars) waged by surrogates, sub-contractors, and allies. Cold War Tactics are also known as Unconventional Warfare, Political Warfare, and Hybrid Warfare, but generally all mean the same thing.
Cold War Tactics have their roots in the US-Soviet Cold War (1947-91) and in World War 2 (1939-45). In WW2 they were used in enemy occupied lands by the U.S. and Britain (Allies) with domestic 'resistance groups' who fought against NAZI Germany and Fascist Italy (Axis). These tactics expanded greatly in number, types, and use during 1947 to 1991 during the global US-Soviet Cold War.
CREATING RELATIONSHIPS, ALLIANCES. During a Cold War era, enemies purposely develop relationships and networks that can later be used for domestic spying, sabotage, and guerrilla warfare during a time of war. During a Cold War era, these networks are used for intelligence gathering, subversive activities, and corruption of leaders and strategic institutions.
FOREIGN MILITANTS. This is done through the physical infiltration onto U.S. Soil and integration into U.S. Society of Active and In-Active (sleeper) Spies and Soldiers. They are used for active operations and preparation for guerrilla warfare and sabotage in a hot war.
DOMESTIC MILITANTS. This is done by starting, partnering with, funding, aiding the growth of, and utilizing Domestic Militant Allies like:
IDEALOGICAL and POLITICAL GROUPS - used to ferment/stir-up domestic unrest and violence;
CRIMINAL GANGS and CARTELS - used at all levels, for sabotage, destroying lives, the subversion, destruction, and corruption of strategic industries, business, and military assets and personnel.
THE GOAL: READY FOR GUERILLA WARFARE ON U.S. SOIL. During a Cold War Era, these militant groups have been, knowingly or unknowingly, equipped and developed for a 'hot' shooting war, where they will be used in Guerrilla Warfare and Sabotage on U.S. Soil. Are all 'groomed' people in domestic militant groups participate? That's an unknown, but what is known: some will.

The divide on immigration between extremist views and policies in the Democrat Party and the rest of America is vast.
Democratic Party polices on immigration have created an environment of lawlessness that allowed the proliferation of:
Exploitation of Workers who are Illegal Immigrant.
Unchecked, Unregulated Labor Oversight - Low Wage Jobs, Unsafe Working Environments, Child Labor, Harsh and Long Working Hours. Everything Democrats said they used to stand against.Violent Marxist Revolution.
Creating Civil Unrest and Riots by utilizing or co-opting others constitutional right to protest is a fundamental part of Marxist ideology. Democrat leaders have given Marxist, Communist, and Progressive groups an open door to create civil unrest against all authority, even their own, in order to ferment insurrection against local, state, and federal governments.Cartels and Human Trafficking (Slavery).
Illegal migrants are brought into the United States by international cartels in a system that requires them to pay back or 'work off' their cartel debt for being transported over the border. The cartels manage, house, and sub-contract illegal immigrants to farm, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors. The migrants work under threat, are over-worked, underpaid, cannot escape, and are often crammed into a home and live in a squalid and un-sanitary environments. They cannot speak up, complain, or quit due to the threat of violence and threats against their family in the country of their origin.
Democrats encourage a 'community standard' that protects illegal immigrants from deportation. They have created 'Sanctuary Cities', Sanctuary Counties, and Sanctuary States (California, Oregon, Washington State, Illinois, Colorado, New Mexico, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont) that do not respect federal immigration laws and even work against it. They shield from prosecution criminal activities of protestors, rioters, and aid organizations and they hold back basic governmental and police assistance to federal law enforcement that should be available to all citizens.

When Democrats use the term 'Immigrant' they mean 'Illegal Immigrants."
Extremist Democrats oppose the deportation efforts of immigrants that are in the United States illegally. Legal Immigrants are not deported, because they have gone through the legal process to be in the Untied States. Other 'immigrants' have become U.S. Citizens.

Since 2016, Protests against ICE Agents and enforcement of federal law on immigration began to become popular with Leftists Democrats, aka Progressives (Marxist), Open Borders Advocates, and Anti-Trumpers. Democrat Party Leaders and Presidents have historically held similar policies and actions as Trump on border security and deportations. This ironically shows it is a hatred for Trump that unites them and not a love for illegal immigrants. Today, extreme Democrat Party leaders have been encouraging protests and public uprisings - even rioting and violence - against federal immigration ICE agents operations.
Protests and Riots appears more significant in Democrat Party-dominated 'Sanctuary Cities', Sanctuary Counties, and Sanctuary States (California, Oregon, Washington State, Illinois, Colorado, New Mexico, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont). They treat illegal migrants the same as legal immigrants, they oppose enforcement of federal immigration laws, and they work at various levels to block and impede deportations.
